Sworkit (derived from Simply Work It) is an easy-to-use fitness app that has workouts that go as short as 5 minutes, great for folks who are really short on time. The creators of Sworkit mentioned that they strive to provide the simplest way to get a workout in anywhere, anytime, with no room for excuses.

You can choose between strength, cardio, yoga and stretching workouts and all the exercises don’t require any equipment. There are also video demonstrations and a huge list of exercises that you can follow along to.

There are 100+ workouts in the app and you can easily select the ones that fit you best by filtering by level of difficulty, duration, equipment, intensity etc.

Everything on the app is completely free, even the weeks-long structured programs. It will generate a personalized workout plan for you after you indicate whether you have any equipment, how many days you want to workout and if you want to include running into the routine. The app will also ask how challenging your workout was and adjust future workouts based on your feedback.
